ServSafe Food Safety Course

The ServSafe Food Safety Course is a requirement of the Virginia Department of Health. It is for managers of food service operations, food and beverage managers, catering managers, chefs, and dietary managers. This course was developed by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association. After completing the classroom work participants take an one hour certification exam developed by the Educational Foundation.
