The National Caucus and Center for Community Economic Development (NCCCED) and Virginia Cooperative Extension are sponsoring a one-day only mortgage default clinic for homeowners at risk of foreclosure on Saturday, November 14, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Caroline County Community Center. Homeowners will have the opportunity to meet individually with government certified housing counselors and get answers to their questions.

NCCCED is a HUD and VHDA certified counseling agency and member of the Virginia Association of Housing Counselors. It is funded to provide free training and counseling to tenants, homebuyers and homeowners.

Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE) is an outreach of Virginia Tech and Virginia State University. VCE improves people's lives by providing research based educational resources through a network of on campus and local Extension Office educators.
